We are in the business of offering the best raw dog food, but we are sure you will understand that we have to get the legal stuff right. So here are our terms and conditions which will apply if you are placing an order with us as well as using this site for any other purpose. Take a few moments to read these terms and conditions before placing your order. These terms apply to orders made online, by phone or other means. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, but as far as orders are concerned the terms and conditions which apply will be those which you accepted when placing your order.

Use of the Website

You must be eighteen years of age or over to set up an account with www.easyrawdogfood.co.uk and buy goods from our website. You must ensure that the details provided by you when you set up an account or at any time are correct and complete.  You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering, by updating your personal details in your account. You must give us your real name, address, phone number, email address and any other details that we may require to process your order.

We reserve the right to:

  • decline a new customer account or suspend a customer's account at any time and at our sole discretion
  • in our absolute discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the services with or without notice
  • in our absolute discretion, to discontinue the website or services, or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice.

Product Availability

Goods on this website are subject to availability and our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If for any reason we can't deliver the goods you have offered to purchase, we will let you know as quickly as we can and give you a full refund or offer an alternative product.

Product Pricing, Descriptions and other Information

The prices which you must pay for the products that you order are set out on this website at the time you place your order (plus any applicable delivery charge), except where we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered. In this event, we will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your order and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. The prices quoted on this website apply only to products sold through this website.  Where the same products are available via another stockist different prices may apply. All prices are shown in £ sterling and include VAT where applicable. Although we will take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, details and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the site, the information appearing on this website at any time may not reflect the exact position at the moment you place an order. We reserve the right to change the labelling and packaging of our products from time to time and so the packaging of the products delivered may vary from that shown on the website. All measurements and sizes are approximate, although we make every effort to ensure that they are as accurate as possible.

Placing an Order and Order Acceptance

You will receive an email from us with your order number and this is our confirmation of your order with us.  Completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.

When we Take Payment

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Payment must be made with a valid credit or debit card acceptable to us. The address at which the card is registered must be the same as your billing address. You can register a new payment card at any time, but the card associated with a given order cannot be changed once you have checked out.

Delivery

As long as we have received full payment for the products, ownership of an item will pass to you once we have delivered the order to you (either to you or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour). Once your order has been delivered, all risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you. 

We will not accept liability for missing orders that have been shown to be left at your address by the GPS tracking and photos taken by our couriers. We ship on a next day service and so we will not accept responsibility for orders where the customer has instructed the courier to delay or redirect their delivery. This is done at the customer's risk. 

Please note that during warm weather the frozen food in the box may have thawed partially. This does not affect the quality of the food in any way and you can safely refreeze them in your freezer. For this reason we cannot accept any claims on this where the food has been delivered the next working day after dispatch. 

During unseasonable high temperatures we cannot guarantee efficacy of the insulation box over 24 hours, and we may therefore hold orders back. We will not accept liability If customers request deliveries are made during this time, against this advice.

We will not be liable to refund for delays caused by events outside our control. If there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received. Any goods that are delivered within 48 hours from dispatch must be accepted. If any parcels are refused, they will not be liable for refund or replacement. If a delayed delivery has compromised the quality of the goods, please take photographic evidence and send this to us on receipt.

We require a minimum order of 5 kilos to keep our food frozen transit.

Cancellations and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to the day of dispatch. However, due to the variable nature of courier collection times we are not able to recover parcels once they have been packed. Therefore we are not able to refund deliveries cancelled on the day of dispatch.

Due to the nature of the product we are not able to accept returns. In the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you we will either refund or replace items at our discretion.

 

Refunds

All refunds will be made to the debit or credit card on which the original purchase was made, within 30 days of the cancellation of the order. If we are for any reason unable to credit your original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative way of giving you a refund.

Promotions and Discounts

For a promotion or offer to be applied to your order, a valid promotion coupon code must be entered into the coupon box on the basket page. We cannot be held liable for not discounting the order if a valid code has not been entered. Promotions and promotion codes are subject to the terms and conditions specified by us at the point of purchase. Only one code can be used per order. Discount codes will not apply to any existing offers or promotions.

Website Changes and Updates

We keep our website as accurate and as up to date as reasonably possible but it may be necessary occasionally to restrict access so that we can make improvements or for maintenance work. We will make every effort to ensure that any down time or restricted access is kept to a minimum. Registration data and certain other information about you is subject to our privacy policy.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

The content of the www.easyrawdogfood.co.uk website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.  You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the website without written permission from The Easy Raw Dog Food Co.

Limitation of Liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold The Easy Raw Dog Food Co free from all liabilities, claims and expenses that arise out of the content you submit, post or transmit via our website, or from your use/misuse of the website, or the use/misuse by any person for whom you are responsible or from your violation of the terms and conditions.

Disputes

The contract between you and The Easy Raw Dog Food Co under which you have bought our products shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, English law. The English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Frequently asked questions

How do you deliver?

We deliver to mainland UK via DPD or DHP courier service. We dispatch Monday to Thursday each week.

Can I add to my order?

Yes! if you realise you've missed something from your order just email help@easyrawdogfood.co.uk

How long until I receive my order?

If you order between Monday and midday Thursday we dispatch next day. If you order after midday on Thursday your order will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Do I need to be at home for my delivery?

Our courier partners are told to leave safe if no-one is in to take the order. All our orders are dispatched with enough ice and filling to keep your food in perfect condition.

What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is 3kg this is to ensure your food remains frozen in transit.

Can I return my food if my dog doesn't like it?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns on frozen , raw perishable goods as these are exempt from the right to cancel.
